Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES We have a strict 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We currently only process returns and exchanges for orders within the UAE

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS To be eligible for a return, your Affinée piece must be in the exact same condition that you received it: completely unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its complete original packaging (including the Affinée box and dust bag). You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

HOW TO START A RETURN To start a return, you can contact us at support@affinee.ae. 

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

THE AFFINÉE 1-YEAR WARRANTY (Damages and Issues) For the dreamers who live it, we build our bags to last. Affinée offers a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing faults and hardware defects. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Note: This warranty does not cover natural wear and tear of the leather, neglect, or accidents.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (like special orders or personalized/monogrammed leather items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
